Lysa was a young woman attending MiskU with Joey in the 1990's. She applied and went through a hazing ritual where she had to give over a video of her making out with her highschool PE teacher (allegedly).

She had been dabbling with magic and dark arts before this, finding a book of spells at Camp Nevermoor and in it found a way to take revenge.

Stressed and feeling she had no way out. She faked her death and cut ties with Joey only to return in a black fox mask and hoodie to be Ghost's 2nd killer. (Reference to the 2 Ghostface killers in Scream (1996).

Together they murdered the 6 co-ed of the sorority but when Ghost wanted to continue the spree of justice, Lysa told him it was too much. She used her magic to bind Ghost to prevent him from moving and shot him. Killing Joey Lumen and creating Ghost the Slasher. She then used her magic to close a door and prevent anymore evil from leaking out.

Until Riley took her mother's spell book and tried to recreate the scenario.
